How do I order my flowers?

Call us on 01483 203038 or email us to call you back and we can inform you of all the fresh flowers that we have in stock. We want you to choose, but we are happy to advise.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Will the recipient know who has sent the gift?

The recipient will receive a gift card with your message on. If it does not include your name, then they will not know!

When will my flowers be delivered?

We aim to deliver them at a time convenient to you or the recipient.

Why should I use lukewarm water?

Cold water can significantly reduce the longevity of flowers.

Why should I strip off all foliage below the water line?

This helps prevent harmful bacteria getting into the water.

Why should I use a knife rather than scissors to cut stems?

Knives give a smoother cut and do not damage the stems.

My roses are wilting prematurely. What should I do?

Try recutting the stems. As a last resort, wrap the heads in paper to protect against steam and plunge the stems into boiling water for 15 seconds.
